Quest panel should be able to filter quests by quest level

I have suggested this before and it would be a cheap QOL update.

Please allow quests in the quests panel to be filtered by their level text. When I am working on favor, I tend to work on all quests of a given level, or looking for quests to run at my current level,
being able to type "14" into the search box and have only level 14 quests listed would make things much easier, but the dialog only currently searches the quest names.

Looks great. Is that an actual search (will work on any of the columns) rather than a filter and if not will it work on epic level?

If we enter the word RAID will that segment Raids from quests in that search box? That would be a godsend too... and a side note perhaps a listing for the wilderness zones might get added at some point to the list.

You can now filter by quest level, however here are still issues with this new feature.

Every time you change zones with the panel open, the content resets even though you have a filter present.
Opening or closing the panel resets the content even though you have a filter present.

When this happens you have to then edit your filter to get it to apply again.
