Hey all. I really need help figuring this one out.
I attempted to purchase the ultimate expansion at the beginning of this month but the payment didn't want to complete (my IP and payment country differ and the shop returned an error and a cancelled purchase). However, even though the purchase didn't complete, I now have 2 orders of the expansion linked to my account and I can't finalise / cancel any of those purchases or attempt to purchase the expansion again.
I'd like to purchase the expansion - please take my money!
I obviously submitted a ticket through Standing Stone Games Help but we all know how long it takes to get a response there - the pre-purchase will be long over and I'll miss out on all the bonus items... again.
