I'd really like to purchase the new expansion but this shop error prevents me from it

Hey all. I really need help figuring this one out.

I attempted to purchase the ultimate expansion at the beginning of this month but the payment didn't want to complete (my IP and payment country differ and the shop returned an error and a cancelled purchase). However, even though the purchase didn't complete, I now have 2 orders of the expansion linked to my account and I can't finalise / cancel any of those purchases or attempt to purchase the expansion again.

I'd like to purchase the expansion - please take my money!

I obviously submitted a ticket through Standing Stone Games Help but we all know how long it takes to get a response there - the pre-purchase will be long over and I'll miss out on all the bonus items... again.

I'm afraid I can't help you over the ticket entry for support, but with regards to pre-purchase bonus items. As far as I'm aware, there are no such pre-purchase bonus items. You can buy the expansion now, or in 10 years time (assuming it's available to buy that is) and still get the same stuff. SSG has gone away from the pre-purchase exclusives as far as I'm aware, so everyone gets the same goods now whenever you buy it.

So all that's left is for me to wish you good luck in getting a speedy response to your support request. :)

What is worse is that even though you have posted here then noone from SSG are going to reach out and try to help you here.

There are several posts like this every month here on the forums, and they are always ignored.

No response, no help.
