Spinner of shadow question

Was Tanking Spinner of Shadows quest in epics on R1 and the favor soul in the group was only able to heal me at times for 65 to 100 points, she normally heals me for 500 to 600. Was wondering if there was something that reduces the healing in the quest. Also there were no reaper around at the time that the healing was reduced.

There are some Champions that have a healing debuff effect, so you could have been hit by those I guess if there was any around you. Do you remember if there were any around at the time? Or hit by spells? As some of the debuffs follow on via spells too, so a Reaver or Hezrou that was a Champion and had this debuff could have hit you with a spell at range as well and applied this debuff to healing.

Second question can a healing amplification go into the negative. Because that is a big reduction if with zero I should be getting healed for 300 plus.
