Does this Patch include a fix for those individuals who were affected when they lost the one time bonus items from their purchase of Isle of Dread??

I would suggest adding a comment to the release notes to addressing this.

Players who were impacted by our rollback on April 27th and were in need of re-delivery of Otto's Boxes can now re-claim the boxes through the NPC in the Harbor for Isle of Dread. There is no need to submit a ticket, just re-claim your item.

Cordovan,
Thank you for the update.

If you could do me a favor, and inform the Support Team Manager that the issue is not resolved until those that have entered a ticket get a proper response. (eg - update the ticket)
The support team is a black hole - there is no 2-way communication. Users enter a ticket, and there is no response from the support team.
We had no information that the problem was acknowledged and that the developers were researching a solution. For all we knew, nothing was being done.
I will continue posting negative feedback every opportunity until communication between the support team and users is improved.
