Flame Strike LOS Bug??

It appears flame strike can be cast without line of sight. Is this intended?

Previously these spells weren't doing damage so this didn't matter, but with flame strike now causing damage again this can be an actual issue on reaper when a champion is spamming it.

I also tested and it does not require line of sight for players either FYI

Cometfall gets spammed through walls like crazy too. No LOS required and seemingly infinite range.

I have been flamestruck from mobs aggrod on me that do not have line of sight.
I consider this a bug.

Tears, penultimat fight (after the drop down). 2 casters throwing flame strike through a closed door (they were aggrod onto me by a reaper in the same room as them that phased through the door).

Yes aggro has been broken since they changed it from when the ranged wouldn’t aggro things
