As far if i remember correctly, quivers illegal to mythic/reaper bonuses, so it's WAI. If you check it must not provide reaper bonuses at all.

If its WAI then the quiver should not drop showing that it has a reaper bonus.

Since it did drop with a reaper bonus showing in the description, it should grant reaper bonus as well as be deconstructable for a reaper fragment.


..Checked, the quiver is not granting a reaper bonus when equipped, so it is vendor trash which I apparently cant sell to the local bartender either.. wont let me put in the sell box..

1 year anniversary and still not resolved beyond 'Thank you for contacting SSG Support.'

Still can not convert to a reaper fragment.

IIRC, the quiver cannot be fed to a sentient gem. Assuming a correlation between the two issues, I'd say the quiver of poison is vendor trash all around.

I have yo be honest, it has been a while since I looted one.

I guess that means it is 100% broken.

You have never been able to sell a quiver of poison, it has never been accepted in the trade windows.

As for the reaper bonus, it was a bug that quivers could drop with reaper bonus, it was confirmed as a bug by several developers. It will never be fixed and you will never be able to get a reaper fragment for it. The fix they did was that quivers can not drop with a bonus anymore. Just throw it away and forget about it.
