Hey Devs - Some quests are dropping empty collectible bags

I posted in that thread that Von I on EE had bag drops that were empty. I ran Von III two days ago on EE and roughly half of the bag drops were empty.

Today I just ran Offering Of Blood on EE and all the bag drops were empty.

Clearly, there is something wrong. Please address the problem.

Most of the treasure bags in the Sands are empty as are some in other quests. This appears to have started with the update last week.
