Happened a couple of days ago and I sent a ticket in. My Staff of Shadow with Sent jewel that had about 128k XP in it got sold to a vendor despite it being Locked. When I went to go to the buyback option, it wasnt in the list even though it was within 10 secs of it happening. Why must tickets take days upon days to answer. Can this be looked into on a log somewhere to verify I had it and possibly get returned? Or am I just screwed and have to start over....
