Snowpeaks Climb Opening Date

Is the Snowpeaks Climb unavailable on Cannith? I and a few other players have noticed we can't get in - it just kicks us back to Flurry whenever we try, and the game messages are saying it's locked.

EDIT: Oops, hold on, just seen the message. Any ETA on when it's opening?
