I'm at level 14, and have a +43 to my perform. I'm using the return to sender daggers on a thrower build. Even on base 14 dungeon played on hard, CdG never seems to work. I've tried it on opponents who have fallen, and others that are paralyzed by the daggers. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong (other than trying a thrower build)?
