UPDATE: Log in has been restored. Thank you! If you received an earlier error that your user name or password was incorrect you can likely ignore that message and should be able to log in successfully.

Last time it took 30ish minutes to get from the "currently investigating" post to a resolution. We will see if they can beat that time this time around...

Oh. That explains it.
I had a horrible disconnect/crash last night, by the way (around 4:30 central EU time in the morning). Just after opening the treasure chest ( I was lucky to get my loot just before the disconnect happened ).

I was inactive over a year now. Returned last night, remembered how fun game was so I upgraded my VIP back and this morning
BOOM! Burnt Toast. :mad::mad::mad: They could take the time to post status on Client announcements. :(

I was starting to think all three of my accounts got hacked. Can't login here either MyAccount @ SSG: Account Management (standingstonegames.com) (https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php) just thought I'd let you know.

I was starting to think all three of my accounts got hacked. Can't login here either MyAccount @ SSG: Account Management (standingstonegames.com) (https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php) just thought I'd let you know.

https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php is up for me, but gives error about captcha text being wrong and won't send emails.
Hope they fix it and make updates to the MOTD in client. :mad:

and lastly looking how they did u51 and listen to feedback from lamm...

this happened a few weeks ago maybe the same problem.

DDO store died just before this occurred.
Also, ddo.com made me reset my password and use my email to log in the other night and now I have a different password for ddo.com and game log in... When I logged in to post this, it did not want me to use my email... Something's fishy...

OK. Thanks. I also see there is a notice on the launcher and that is also appreciated.
Hopefully sorted soon and the root cause identified to avoid similar issues going forward. I think this also happened a wee while ago, so it needs addressed fully.
You might have to goroll back U51. Should probably do that anyway, just to be sure... :)

Agree -- at least it's showing now in the game client ... but my kids are REALLY disappointed.

restarting my pc was nessecary for me to finally log in again. Restart client only did not help

It appears the issue lies with the 64 bit client at login, it won't allow you to get through is this being looked at? All my guildies cannot get in on 64 only 32 which runs poorly compared to the 64 bit.
