Locked out of main toon after ETR failed to load

I was on my alchemist doing an ETR and the game white screened and the game crashed. I immediately reopened the launcher and try to log in and i get and error claiming this toon is already in server. This is my main toon Mageia on Thelanis, it was created in -09 and hold a ton of my store pots and higher end gear along with 30+ life's. No other toon i have can compare to this power level and would love to be able to play my main toon. Ticket #202210 submitted 12/23/21 and no response yet.( well aware of the holidays in no major rush just want awareness so this gets resolved.

I have tried so many things on my end to get this resolved and sadly none have worked. Now I'm here asking for options and to bring awareness so I can the get help I need.

Try logging into another server.. create a toon if you need to on the new server.
Then quit game once fully logged in on that server.
Now log back onto your primary server and try loading your toon.

Even if this does work check your epic destinies and tomes.. these sometimes get screwed up on broken TR's.

If this does not work, just wait for the weekly server restart of even a patch that they restart on. This will boot any active character connections to the server and you can log in afterwards. The server restart is how I got my guy back when this happened to me.

Gm can fix the log in problem but you do know that your epic destiny points gets reset back to zero, if you really lucky that wont happen to your toon, but if it does you need to be online with gm ticket active for them to restore your EDs happened me like 8 months ago.

Good luck and get on ya knees an pray to the RNGsus, (cos you r well and truly up the creek with a spoon as a paddle).

No luck , thank you though hoping for Wednesday’s reset or a gm to help

Update for those wondering or future eyes with the same issue , the weekly server restart fixed my issue . No interaction from GMs or response from ticket but my toon is safe and sound with nothing lost.
