Is Cannith Crafting bugged?!

So, I made some bracers, (Str 6, Fortification, Parrying, min lvl 12) decent set for build, item was steel before crafting. Now durability is only leather and 10 so constantly breaking. Is this a known issue, not sure what happened?

Nevermind. Logging out and back in resolved the issue with durability

you may also try in and out from shared bank afaik. it happens.
