Bug: Storm not giving Sonic Spellpower

I have a eStorm - it has +111 Sonic+Electric Power, plus I added a 111 Radiance Ruby to it. Its also an Implement +36, for a total of 147 to each power. I have no other sources of those Spell Powers, and no Potency item. Yet, these are my spellpowers with/without Storm equipped:

Electric: 302/149 (+153)
Sonic: 178/137 (+41)
Light: 302/149 (+153)
Universal: 141/100 (+41)

So Elec and Light are basically as expected. Sonic only seems to be benefiting from the USP, though, not the Power of the Thunderstorm Sonic power.

Stay Good scales with 200% spellpower when procced from a spell, so the extra 111 punches above its weight. Shiradi Inqui EK/PM, so between Missiles, AOEs and two Auras ticking, you get a lot of procs.
