I saw this thread, and I have no clue what they are talking about:

How does this work? I tried talking to the "middle Reaper vendor", and he won't talk to me until I have 2,500,000 reaper xp.

Once you get 50 reaper points, you can then turn in items with reaper ability for 1 token or 5 for helms. Collect 100 to trade in for a reaper ability of your choice applied to an item.

I see. But I still don't know to whom to turn them in.

You can only trade items in once you have 50 reaper points on a character.

You can still pass the items around to characters that normally couldn't talk to that vendor once the upgrades are done though.

That's what I figured out. None of my characters are anywhere close to 2,500,000 Reaper xp.
