Did his HP bar go up or down?

Yeah, it really healed the guy. His hp bar went up. Dumbest thing I've seen all day.

Hey Lynnabel, while we talk about healing enemys.

Is it possible to stop the shiradi Champion Mantel "Shiradi Champion: Prism" to use I think it might be rust damage or something like that, because what ever it is it pretty much can "repair" every monster in the game.
And it's not that cool to randomly heal an enemy halfway up without being a palemaster. Thanks

Apparently negative energy heals undead, too.
They have tapped into the PM Enhancement tree...
The DDO AI, crippled as it is, has started to cast off its fetters...
