I don't know the exact character sheet value as I did not look last night but today my Bard is running slower after the patch.

Character sheet after patch shows 142%.

I am guessing everyone starts at 100%
+30 Enhancement from Item
+18 Untyped from Bard enhancement 'Fast Movement'
+15 Action Boost from Bard enhancement 'Fleeting Footsteps'

Should be 163% I would think.

Did something change with the movement enhancements for Bard and Rogue where they are not stacking now?

Would like to know if others can verify this.

I have not respected any enhancements yet. Tested without my speed item and that slows me down so that seems to be applying at least.

Just checked 2 other characters:

20 Paladin shows the same 142%
15 Rogue/5 Ranger with the Rogue enhancement shows 157%

Both with Speed 30 items.

Initial thoughts are that the bard enhancements are not applying.

Lvl 30 Scoundrel Pure Bard, T5 spellsinger (no fleeting footsteps)

Movement Speed Multiplier is reading 159% in town, 149% in wilderness

By the character sheet, it does not seem to be applying for you either. Do you feel slower? In case the character sheet is not an accurate measure.

Nope, feels like the same speed. Runs quickly, sprint boost is lightning fast as usual.

I reset my swashbuckler tree and it improved. 162 now on character sheet. That seemed to fix part of it.

I reset my war chanter tree and the speed did not increase visually or on the character sheet with Fleeting Footsteps.

Swash fast movement still breaks on death & doesn't get reapplied on res. Have to relog or reset the tree to regain it.

Tested with multilife main, and a brand new toon with nothing except fast movement.
