so i had submitted a ticket a month or two ago requesting a guild name change, but i guess the in-game ticketing system got changed and doesn't show that the ticket was ever submitted. no big deal, i decided to submit a new ticket, but there isn't an option for guild name changes that i can find. kinda frustrating, what to do about it
