The scrag in Into the Deep is no longer statted like a boss.
Which stats, specifically? Approve memos? Hitting on Debra? Eat some chicken strips?

Inexorable Advance now only has a 30% chance for each effect to proc its additional Cold and Good damage.
Is this the prism nerf people have been talking about?

Inexorable Advance now only has a 30% chance for each effect to proc its additional Cold and Good damage.
Inexorable Advance now properly grants its bonus to Movement Speed.
Inexorable Advance: Epic Moment: For 30 seconds, you gain +30 Ranged Power, can move while still gaining Archer's Focus stacks, and you do not take the normal 20% damage penalty while using Improved Precise Shot. You also gain 30% Action Boost bonus to Movement Speed for the duration. In addition, your Ranged attacks have a 100% chance to deal 3d100+180 Cold damage and 3d100+180 Light damage which scale with 200% Ranged Power in addition to Stay Good or Stay Frosty. Finally, your Ranged attacks in this state have a 100% chance to proc Double Rainbow effects. Cooldown: 5 minutes.
Looks like they kept this change specific to Inexorable Advance, and Prism factoring wasn't tweaked at all. That's a legitimately epic Epic Moment; I didn't even bother to read Shiradii because I had no interest in range. Given the cooldown of 5 minutes, no reason to really change it any further. Good for bosses but trash would evaporate- a wasted moment.
Just my two cents, though, I might be missing some key factor.

If the damage for Inexorable Advance is being reduced so much, then its cooldown should be lowered as well. Otherwise what's the point in having it ?

Hehe, had you tested it before this change? I think it will be good even after (it was imho extremely insane before, so i loved it ofcourse).

It was massive overkill for questing, even in R10. The issue is that it completely trivializes raid encounters. In order to make raids challenging, devs would have to bloat raid boss hitpoints so much that other archtypes (melee or spell) would be nearly useless. Prism was never the problem, IA was broken for raiding. IA is still providing the 30 ranged power that stacks with haste boost or fusillade during the duration as well as removes the IPS penalty and allows archer's focus stacks while moving and increases how hard the proc hits over Prism, so it's still the best offensive epic moment in DDO, even with the nerf.

From the Release Notes :
Fatesinger
The Epic Strike that stuns on a critical hit now only effects creatures able to be stunned.
Should read "affects", I suppose ?

The notes say it's now open, but epic isn't, and heroic was already open anyway.

When I saw this thread last night I came this close to asking that the wings fix be double checked. But I didn't, because I thought it would be mean to harp on about it after last week's claim to have fixed it and that failure. I mean, they couldn't get it wrong twice in a row, could they?
Stupid me, I guess. There really is no such thing as QA at SSG anymore.

There's no such thing as Leap of Faith in EA.
It's a feat autogranted at FvS level 17.
The 3rd core of EA is named Angelic Charge, and the description of the effect, while mechanically coincides with the FvS feat and may colloquially be referred as such, technically is distinct.
The mention of "Leap of Faith recharging properly" under "Exalted Angel" may or may not refer to the second part of the description, the FvS Leap of Faith cooldown reduction from 15 to 12 seconds.
So it might just as well be a miscommunication effect (Developers thinking that only FvS part of EA core was broken)

Is U52 more than Epic Chronoscope? Does it take a full version bump of effort to fix Exalted Angel's Leap?
It was massive overkill for questing, even in R10. The issue is that it completely trivializes raid encounters.
It was silly levels of OP before. Guaranteed ear-wide grin using it, but anyone who used it knew a swift nerf was coming. My thrower was doing almost 70~90k per attack round or potentially 4M damage from a full 30s epic moment. It was only potential, though. Even with Threat-125%, it would pull agro and kill me if I tried milking the full 30s.
The trick was holding it until the target would die before the damage overcame the -threat and it walked over and killed me. Ever do a raid recently where you blinked and the boss suddenly phased or died almost like it was insta-gibbed? Thought the raid was full of crazy dps? Nope. It was one thrower with Shiradi's epic moment.
I do wonder what negative threat actually means when it's -100% or more, though. Shouldn't the critter love me so much it adopts me? If so, my thrower needs a title, "Beloved of Dragons". :p

Its a L3 Heroic-only quest, so all the day-one HC zergers who are already L7+ are out of luck :D
