After watching Strimtom and Lynnabel on Twitch I got to the part where they were discussing Dungeon Scaling.
I have to say I didn't like the way ESO did Dungeon Scaling it was kinda sucky.
But it got me thinking.
What if the level you were "Playing at" was dictated by the highest level gear you were wearing?
So if a 30th level player dropped his gear down to Heroic Sharn gear, he would also drop his effective level to 15.
Using a percentage scale, this would effectively half his attributes and limit his effective tomes to that of a character at lvl 15.
This would then allow Level 30 characters to team with level 15 players.
This game mechanic is already in the game with the Rose Colored Glasses.
TD.
