As the title says, there's a few things in game now that reference breath attacks like boosting their DCs, or adding effects to them, but I was wondering what actually counts as a breath attack for those purposes? Is it just Draconic incarnation breath and dragonborn, does the new changes to draconics breath turning into another form change how its affected?

I guess Winter Wolf spell Cold Breath counts as well.

The wording on Draconic Epic Strike suggests that it's still a breath even if changed to burst/vortex, but you know, SSG.

I also vaguely remember some weird interaction of runearms and breath weapon DC bonuses, like they affect DC of runearm blasts or something.

It also includes Alchemist's Poison Breath and Gold Breath (https://ddowiki.com/page/Alchemist_spells#Level_5).
