Highest Enchantment DC before equipment?

Am I correct in thinking that an Elf Bard could get the highest Enchantment DC's before any items are equipped?

Bard's Spellsinger tree, of course, for the relevant enhancement bonuses. The Enchantment Lore Elven racial enhancement for a +1 Enchantment DC. Also the Elven Arcane Archer's Terror, Banishing, Paralyzing, and Smiting Arrows, which each give a +1 to Enchantment DCs as well?

So an Elven Bard could get an extra +5 Enchantment spell DCs over any other race, or am I missing anything?

I completely forgot about races with Charisma bonuses. Starting with +2 Charisma from your race and getting another +2 Charisma from racial enhancements would mean that an Elf Bard would only be +3 DCs over, instead of +5.
