Tomes of fate

Is there going to be some form of turn in for unused tomes of fate that were bought from the store, since there are no longer fate points?

There are still Fate points. If you open up your ED interface, you'll see a count of them.

Each one gives you a little extra HP & SP. Gaining 3 of them gives you an extra destiny point.
When players talk to all the NPCs to unlock their ED trees, they get 3 for each.

What? Fate points are still around. You get some hp and sp for every fate point you have and every 3 fate points gives you one destiny point to spend in ED trees.

Tomes of Fate (+1, +2, +3) can be exchanged for Purified Eberron Shards, but upgrade Tomes of Fate (+1 to +2, or +2 to +3) cannot be exchanged.

Devs, please fix this.

I have used +3 tomes of fate on both my mains, but had bought an extra just in case I needed it. I have also rolled a couple on weekly gold rolls, but have no use for them anymore. Thus the purpose of this post. Would love to trade them for PES but they won't trade, so if this is a bug that needs to be looked into, was putting it here for dev's to see :)
