Do you have any news about when we will be seeing the next patch and what might be in it?

I don't think we have an ETA to announce quite yet, but we've got dozens of bugs fixed already and are aiming for a Patch 1 filled with as many as we can get done in a timely fashion. I think I can safely say Patch 1 is not THIS week, but will hopefully be soon after that.

To put it here, too: Yes, we are currently on track to release a fairly substantial patch next week.

It looks like we'll have a substantive patch not this week but next week that will include quite a few bug fixes and allow us to reopen most if not all of the currently-closed quests and raids. So, roughly a week from Wednesday give or take.
(emphasis added)

So that puts it out about Wed the 17th.

Will the weekly restart fix my 'This character is already in world' problem? i.e. do the restarts kill all active logins?

Will quivering palm DC be adjusted as right now it is miscalculating?

It usually does, yes. If not get in touch with In-Game Support either in-game or through help.standingstonegames.com.

Will that patch include a fix in regards to paypal? I'm asking because I've been unable to purchase anything through your ingame store for a couple of weeks now. Not the only one either, wanted to play together with a family member (who is located in a different city, so not an issue with the network) and they, too, were unable to get past an endlessly loading security check. I'm quite honestly a bit shocked that this hasn't been fixed immediately, having a store that's unusable for at least part of the playerbase seems like a bit of a flaw for a business intending to make money.

/edit: Honestly, I'd just love to hear *if* a fix is coming in the future and how far along that would be. It kinda sucks logging in every few days to check and seeing that it still doesn't work.

Ha! You’d have more luck using a Ouija board IMO

Because customer service is dead? /jk

Cordovan,

Any chance we might see a preview of the fixed item list, or would that cause more hate and vitriol...? (A smile in the forums could be construed as a death threat by some, I suspect.)

99% of time in game customer service either a) does not respond at all or b) closes out ticket like they resolved issue....so please do not direct the player base to something that does not work. Oh and btw, please dont tell me you knew about some of these required fixes before launching this update...We already know you did, we just wanna hear you admit it lol

So, was that maybe supposed to be 11 PM Eastern time?
