Why only 4 Destiny Tomes? Feywild States "Tome of Destiny +1 for ALL characters"

I have seven toons with 20+ past lives and another two with a few past lives that I play on one account. Giving me 4 tomes doesn't even cover half of them. I paid $129 for the Feywild expansion that specifically states: "Tome of Destiny +1 for ALL characters, not just four.

Please provide the missing tomes that I paid for and was promised. This is the literal definition of bait and switch.

I currently have 37 toons on one account and I paid extra for up to 41 with the option for more in the future. I expect you guys to provide the items I paid for as stated (AND STILL STATES) in the product description.

The Feywild tome stacks with the new Destiny (historic) tome.
They are different tomes as far as I can tell.

I can see the +1 tome difference in your permanent destiny points as they're 1 different (12 vs 13). As for your Destiny Points Spent (0/30) being the same at level 24... each pip in a level gives a DP there (just like pips in heroic give AP), so I'm guessing they're at different pips into level 24.

You may be correct. The first toon is a little behind in exp than the second....
