SWF attack speed

Has anybody noticed a slight slower swf style lately? Running 18 barb/1 druid/1fvs with full swf line, offhand versatility, plus pswf..also 41 points in vistani yet upon looking at speed bonus to attack speed, it shows 0%..however getting boost to throwing speed...put in ticket and nothing

Was doing SWF a few months ago and was working but did not look at the Char sheet.

Doing bow lately and recently noticed the Char sheet +tab info shows a lot of zeros where I was expecting non-zeros. The 0% ranged speed stuck out. The speed from haste seems to be separate from the ranged speed stat on the +tab. I'm thinking its just some hidden distinction in my case as the bow speed seems ok.

Hope they fix SWF if indeed broke. Speed is the whole point.
