One question though, how did manage to get up to 900 of Neg spell power? (and above 100 for crit chances as well)
I'm sure there's some PL feats involved but still, I'm sitting around 650 here.

No PL feats. The over 100% crit chance is from offhand versatility (https://ddowiki.com/page/Offhand_Versatility) feat.

The 920 spell power is roughly from:

124 Sentience (Null swap-in, higher now with a few more rare Coalesced filigree)
60 Implement (LGS dagger swap-in)
145 Equipment/Enhancement (Null swap-in)
72 Insightful (Null swap-in)
37 Quality (LGS dagger swap-in)
37 Exceptional (LGS dagger swap-in)
72 Heal Skill (Augment in Null swap-in + ranks + stat bonus + misc bonus)
80 Enhancements (Some PM spell power isn't in tooltips)
48 Reaper
104 Fatesinger
60 Epic Power
15 Guild
24 Meridian (Null swap-in)
