Can't make timeblade epic

Everything lines up, takes the timeblade, recipe pops up, click on it, other two ingredients populate from shared bank, click make epic:

an error has occurred.

This is the one I am trying to use, it is accepted by the machine and seemingly satisfies the recipe.

the most common cause for "An error has occurred." when you are doing crafting with a ddo barter box is if the ingredients/components are in different bags/shared crafting bank locations.

((for example, in your case: if the tokens are in your ingredient bag, the fractured slivers of time are in your shared crafting bank, and the timeblade is in your backpack))

try taking out the component ingredients, and putting them in your backpack directly, and then dragging each component into the "Your Ingredients" box at the bottom of the barter box.

it only errors out if you have some of the ingredients/components in your personal inventory, and some of the ingredients/components in the shared crafting bank - and it does not always error out.
