Looking for thrower build!

Have 24 heroic lifes 18 iconic lifes 20 racials

Only 39 rp. not playing endgame atm, would like to start.

Would perfer either drow, human, halfling or iconic ranger.

Also not monk or ranger past life

Can consider bow build but always liked thrower back in the day

By not monk or ranger past life, do you mean you don't have any of those lives? Or do you mean you don't want to be a ranger or monk? Because even if you are, you don't have to get the past life, you can just get a racial.

But anyway, the 11 Rogue, 6 ranger, 3 Bard someone posted earlier is nice. So is the pure ranger halfling thrower. Those will be your best bet for dps. Throwers aren't quite as good as they were a year ago but they still perform just fine at endgame. The thing with halfling and Bard is that they solve the thrower problem of having their main stat (dex in this case to damage), so if you're dex based and not a halfling, you want those 3 bard levels. Pure dps throwers tend to use the Wide Open Sky. I don't believe this has changed recently.

I second both of Tilo's suggestions, though they are a bit unique. They're very cool. I've never played a monk shuri thrower but I once had someone tell me it did a bit less damage than dagger but had more options for instakills, which is cool.
