Legendary Saltmarsh set states incorrect bonus.

I recently upgraded five epic saltmarsh items to legendary with hopes of utilizing the +15 ranged power bonus in conjunction with the +15 Artifact ranged power bonus from the legendary wallwatch set. I had expected a +9 ranged power increase due to current gear, but this was not the case. I imagine that this is just a typo on the Legendary Saltmarsh set, albeit an expensive typo, as the epic saltmarsh five item set was great for levelling purposes and the loss in star fragments is a bit frustrating. Can a dev please confirm that the Legendary Saltmarsh set is supposed to grant an artifact bonus?---Thanks.

Somebody else asked this question when SM came out, but I don't think anybody knew if they stacked or not. I guess now we know. +1 for spending the ingredients to find out =)
