I've been playing a couple of months and have just gotten to Cannith crafting level 310. Are ML 31 an up shards no longer craftable?

Gone the way of the dodo. Stat deflation in u 50.xxx even if you crafted from shards in your bank it gets deflated as soon as you log back in

AFAIK, ML30 items only need crafting level 300 for bound items. Crafting level 310 should be more than enough.

Well, it will probably last another year. Because we're getting a level cap increase in the next year; which means crafting levels to 400? 450? Who knows.
