I opened a ticket with a refund. But no one replied yet at this time. Question is, Standing Stone have or not a support team?
Oh yeah, ticket was opened on 18.08.2021. Let's see how many days it takes...

I lost items after tr and i sent a ticket 2 days ago but no one answered me.

I had problems with my main toon after character transfer service and it took then half a year to send me a reply. Lucky for me the issue resolved itself withing 1 week after DDO servers went foobar.

I dont know how many ppl got issue in game but i lost 4 lgs, 2 equip and 2 weapons, red helm and light armor, litany augment and a few glamered cosmetic! Lgs and red items came from years of farming and this is the first time since 8+ years that i ask for help! This is the third day .. i cant belive that, customer service make player's feel safer and obviusly i spend money in a game if dev take care of it and players. its their business..

One issue that has been reported a number of times with the TR cache is that it only displays a limited number of items. If you have purchased the additional bank and backpack slots and when you TR everything is full or almost full, after you TR some items will be "missing". These items will be returned after you remove some items from the TR cache and exit the game. (I can't give you exact numbers, but when I TR'd a week ago, my jibbers was missing until I pulled out a dozen or so other things and exited the game.)

I have a friend that lost access to his ddo account and he asked for help with a ticket.
Took them several months to get back to him, so he moved on to another game.
Their reply was also that they couldn't help, so he never returned to DDO.
I guess that's also a way to serve your customers, you let them wait so long so they don't care anymore when you get back to them, since they moved on to another game lmao :P

TR cache is empty at the moment! Thank you for advice but items are still lost!

I have a ticket going on 9 months old that hasn't even been acknowledged.

Now on my track tickets page appear "A GM has responded to the ticket" but no one has answer me! LOL

At one time it wasn't bad now it's just out right insulting the customer / trolling.
I'd spit on the head of CSR here but let's be honest, at best it's a cardboard cutout. I know I sound angry and that's because it MAKES me angry because the poor CSR is why we bleed players. When MOTU dropped there were a LOT of problems and even then you didn't wait more than 10 minutes or so to get it fixed up.
That was the high point. When they killed the QA department Customer Service was cut soon after and we have been left with this undening ****show that DDO has become.

Im not here for insulting customer service! Im here because i've got an issues with tr cache and after days i dont have any response! They are working on DDO, new expansion are released regulary but they didnt resolve help service! I think customer servire is one of the most important thigs to take care! By the way I will wait until they answer me because i cant do anything ... I hope they give me back the items or ingredients/runes for re-craft them.

A few hours ago they give me back 3 items and im still wait for LGSs (im scared about that cuz 4 lgs are literally years of farming) and cosmetics but the most important things are LGSs
