Epic Chimera's Crown--quick observations

I have a level 20 Elf with the Displacement dragonmarks. Before putting on the helm, I have 6 Lesser (Shadow walk) and 4 Greater (Displacement).

After wearing the helm "post-shrine," I gain 3 lesser (as expected) and, unexpectedly, 4 Greater to an 8 total. I had assumed it would only give one as per the past. Either it is bugged, or it is in the subtle wording after 'Chimera Vitality':

"You gain +1 Uses of Greater Dragonmarks (and +5 Quality PRR) per dragonmark you have"

I also gain 15 Quality PRR for 3 dragonmarks, not 4, oddly, so it seems the PRR bonus refers to the total types of dragonmarks.

I had planned to use the helm as a 1 shot use post-shrine before swapping it out for something better but now, with an unexpected 3 extra uses, I have kept it in place.
