EE Zawab's no longer guarantees a Greater Token of the Twelve?

After the update I failed to get a Greater Token on EE...for the first time ever.

Have I always been lucky? I did get runes and a few normal token fragments.

I assume this is broken. They should be adding greater tokens to more things, not taking them away.

They did, but they should not take away this source of them.

Ran into the same issue finally got the correct runes and upgrade mats but no greater token. One step forward two steps back.

I had been farming it for Greater Tokens lately. Seems like the Patch fixed the missing Runes (would only show up if a named item dropped) and Ingredients and broke the tokens. I just ran the raid, 125 runes, 17 ingredients, 0 greater tokens. Bah

If you have raider reward boxes on your bank characters you can get coms from those boxes, turn them into greater tokens and put them in the shared bank. I am glad I didn't delete many of those.

I would not do that ... You never know what the future holds. You may decide to run that bank character one day and want that raid loot. SSG may decide after level cap increase to make those items BTA since they'll be considered such low epic level .... Who knows ... But crazier things have happened with loot in this game. Don't turn them in for heroism comms is my recommendation.

I ran Zawabis earlier, didn't remember on the token, but I was more focused on loot. Someone did pull a Storm though, so the raid item drop rates may actually have been increased like they stated.

Epic elite gave me 125 sands runes and it costs 1250 for a heroic raid item ... So 10 runs and you get what you want.

Edit: I solo'd it at level 26 on rogue mechanic on epic elite ... And I'm newb player in comparison to most others ... so everyone else can do it at level 20 I'm sure.

I ran it twice on my main and got 125 runes each time. Ran again on one of my mules from HC. He got skunked on runes.

Edit: Checked his inventory again, runes were there, 125 of them, in one of his extra ingredients bags used to haul loot back from HC.

It seems the greater token drop rate on EE is ab out 10%.
Ive run it across alts etc. for the equivalent of the 12 Epic Chests and got 1 Greater Token.
and it was 100% prior to the update.
