Hey Devs,

So currently the Legendary Winter's Wrath is hitting around 500-600~ or so, and is single-target. The previous version was AOE, and hit for 150-300~ about half on a save. The level 30 version is, as it stands, no better than the previous in terms of the clicky-effect.

Suggestions to correct the 30 version to be better than the 20 version:

1. Make the "wand maximizing" effect "greater wand maximizing" and increase the amount, perhaps another 100% would be appropriate since the ray is single-target.

or

2. Add a no-save debuff effect to the level 30 version such as crippling, or slow.

or

3. Add an effect that increases wand effectiveness based off of a percentage of something that players can influence. Ideas are: UMD, Spellcraft, or the appropriate spellpower.

The other 3 wands are to-be updated, so I hope this feedback isn't coming out too late. Please respond devs! :)

For some reason, I've always been fond of eternal wands

For some other reason they've always been just a little less useful than summons.

Clickies have a special place in my gamer-heart because they're sorta like items that you just have to hold onto for a small perk. Like the medallion that pops you out of any/all CC from harpers.

Wands, to me, are only valuable for the clicky-effect. Just like how LGS items have a separate "active" slot, clickies are a kind of their own that don't really benefit from having stats etc since they're usually swap-tos. Honestly even having 5 casts once-per-rest at thrice the damage would be immeasurably more valuable than the 15 casts (that regenerate) at current damage numbers.

Devs please hear me out, the wands were put in for a reason, they're here & already coded in! It's not "bringing old items up to speed" if you only do it half way! Same goes for effects like the jerky clicky from Sands.
