Wanted to make some comments on this build.
First this should be a balanced build between defense and damage.
But with that said it should also do more single target damage then a two-handed build to a single target, which it does not.
Looking at a Henshin monk staff build, or other two-handed builds, they do more damage to a single target, and get to hit multiple targets.
The recent changes to two-handed combat has caused this, so changes should be made to increase handwraps single target damage.
I say handwraps, because I do not know how other two weapon builds are doing.
The two main issues is standard damage, it can not compete with the big increase two-handed builds get, with the increase in the multiplier from stats.
And, the low crit range handwraps have, so not too much boosted damage.
Next, since they need to be in the middle of things to do good damage, an increase in defenses would help alot.
Also, some form of AOE would be nice to balance out things.
Now, I am at the moment talking about this tree only, not epic levels, that is another discussion.
We do not need more buttons to push, so no new attacks unless others are taken away, except for a new aoe attack.
On that note all the jade attacks should be made into one attack that you can enhance.
Core abilities: The handwraps bypass ones would be a great place to add something like mp or offhand strike or doublestrike.
Elemental Curatives: add +1 stunning each. maybe combine them, and have them easier to use.
Ki Shout: should have something added, like +5 MP, PRR,MRR, and MRRcap for 10sec after use.
Reed in the wind: this is useless unless it also increases dodge cap.
Deft strikes: We can only get to 90% off hand strike, there should be added somewhere where we can get to 100%
Iron Skin: should give MRR cap increase.
Elemental Ki Strikes: I take Fists of Iron, should have a way to enhance this. or have a passive part also.
Conditioning: great place to add a simple +2 AC and +5 PRR and such.
Instinctive Defense: great place to add another small defensive thing.
Meditation of War: REALLY great place to add more passive abilities effect all stances not just the one you choose.
Next: Path of Harmonious Balance.
Fists of Light: should scale better, at higher levels, the healing affect should be greater, also add a healing blast to all nearby allies, say a 25% chance when used.
So when you first use the strike a blast of healing might happen, then have the slow healing on the target.
AOE:
Drifting Lotus in Grandmaster of Flowers is a good example of a monk aoe attack, though it should have a shorter cooldown say 8 to 10 sec, and scale more, say 200 to 300% melee or ranged power.
The reason I say shorter cooldown and more damage is because it is a slow attack, and cuts into normal dps. Also timing it with the first attack on a group of mobs is hard when running in a group.
Shintao should have a good attack like this.
Doublestrike: should be added somewhere in the tree. Would say total 15% would be nice.
Crit range and multiplier: should have somewhere where both are increased somehow.
Monk level 20 Perfect Self: this is useless, make it like the Barbarian Damage Reduction or have it add to PRR.
Monk Unarmed Strike: This would be a nice place to re-add some dps.
