Can't see names or damage

I can't seem to see my damage numbers players/npc names I have tried resetting everything back to default still no luck everything appears in the combat log but that's about it it's like I pressed V by mistake and can't seem to get floaty names back any idea how to fix this ?
Reinstalling the game is not an option for me and thanks for any help:)

But I logged out and closed game and restarted DDO and it fixed this issue.

Could it have been mouse look ? Try pressing T for toggling that.

I tried that and I did reset all the ui settings tried everything I even reinstalled the game still no luck It started to happen after update 50 and I feel it has something to do with me using an old operating system and them no longer support it oh well I will have to deal with it:( but thank you and everyone for trying to help:)
