S/S/S Scrolls Seals & Shards that Lahar won't exchange

Lahar's barter window will not accept my Shard of the Red Dragon. Says: "Shard of the Red Dragon isn't accepted by this trader"

I have not had any problems with any others.

Anyone found any others he will not accept? Has anyone gotten him to accept this one?

Update: I'm guessing Lahar does not accept it because this shard is still used to create armor in the alters. So I am guessing that this is at least one shard that should still be dropping. Very confusing to still keep some.

I'm not using an alter. I am using lahar to try and trade this old mat in for new ones.
