Not sure if Steelstar is the right dev but he comments on the docent issues.
My hubby has bug reported these but still has seen no effort to correct them. He made Mirrored cosmetics of the Executioner's Plate Mail & Coat of the Traveler, a very long time ago, and after some recent update they now look like this:
https://i.imgur.com/tnhVOEy.jpg
Seen here on a male halfling and a male drow. It looks to me like the under layer of armor is some how confused and thinks its Brigandine. He has tried unequipping and re-equipping them and they are still as you see them. Relogging changes nothing either.
For reference the one the halfling is wearing should look like this:
https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Coat_of_the_Traveler
and the one on the drow should have silver pants. I'd link it but even the wiki picture is messed up and has zero pants (naked from the waist down) so perhaps this item has been messed up multiple times.
Will these items be fixed? When? Is it just the Mirrored cosmetics that are messed up? If someone makes a new mirrored item of this gear will the new cosmetics be messed up? Should he just request replacement Mirrors and trash these cosmetics because they can't be fixed?

Cosmetic Shadowscale Outfit is still bugged too.

Yes, and since I finally got pictures to work, I thought I'd post them regarding the Shadowscale Outfit. What it used to look like before the update that also messed up the docents (top) and what it looks like now (bottom). It's an outfit, but showing up as a robe and this is repeatable on Morninglord, Tiefling, Deep Gnome and Aasimar females.

The quick notes on this thread:
From what I can tell, all of these are the result of Glamers created when the data for the base items had some underlying issues; unlike the Docent problems of late (where the correct data was there, but not displaying correctly), these have incorrect data.
We have a fix coming for Shadowscale Outfit that should prevent future glamered copies from having this issue.
Newly-made copies of Executioner's Plate and Coat of the Traveler do not have this issue; we resolved the issues with the original items that caused this bug sometime between when those cosmetics were made and now.
However, these fixes don't (and can't) fix the busted data on those Glamers. If you have one of the broken Glamers shown above, you should contact Customer Service for a new Mirror and create a new Glamer, which should have the correct appearance.
For Shadowscale Outfit specifically, please wait to do that until Update 50 Patch 2 is out - that should contain the fix that makes it so newly-Glamered copies look right.
Thanks!

Thanks for the info Steelstar, I'll inform hubby.

The quick notes on this thread:
You forgot to mention:
“Continued Cosmetic errors.” The word “continued” is not a proper noun.
Thirty Helens agree (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INi4r2z7yGg) immaculate typography is super important.
EDIT: It would be like me saying “You Forgot to mention.” We’ll save the lesson on downstyle (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/downstyle) for another day.

A quick reminder of the DDO Community Rules seems to be in order:
Please don't join the Grammar Police. Since we welcome players from across the world, you will encounter posts written by people who are not native English writers. We also know that some people have their own writing quirks. If it annoys you too much to read a poorly-written post, don’t read it.

@Steelstar
Does the rule also apply to current grammar police members, or are we still protected under the grandfather clause? :3

No disrespect intended.
Please don’t (mis)interpret tone where none is intended (in this comment, and my previous). There’s a very significant difference between grammar police and joke. I thought that was self-evident with the inclusion of “thirty Helens (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INi4r2z7yGg)” and “immaculate typography.” I’ll make an effort to include a /joke (or /sarcasm &c…) tag in the future.
Lesson(s) learned.

/joke You rolled a 3 which amazingly turned out to be a crit, bypassing read skill, incurring a deception check of inference and engaging 2d8 of hyper-sensitivity. joke/

Steelstar,
if you are looking at these cosmetic/appearance changes, could you also please investigate the Leaves of the Forest armor?
It is missing some textures in certain parts (belly and thighs) which make the skin look exposed (this is actual armor being worn in the 2nd picture, not a cosmetic glamer):
https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/524507
the Leaves of the Forest armor (from the Druids Deep quest Thorn and Paw) has been changed on male players.
The original armor appearance should look like this for males, with complete coverage for the leggings and torso area (( the arms had some skin exposure )).
https://ddo-compendium-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/8/88/Leaves_of_the_Forest.png
but wearing the armor on a male looks like this now, with the belly and thighs exposed to show skin:
https://i.imgur.com/EyaR3ZC.png
the cut-out areas showing the skin on the belly and thigh look similar to the female version of the armor, except without the garter straps.

This one's a change on the art side of things; I can't do anything about it but mention it to the relevant people.

Maybe you can “mention it to the relevant people” on this one also?
I stopped playing an Aasimar but last time checked this was still an issue : (

If they change this at all I hope it's to add the garter straps.

Any hint on how we should do that?
The ingame help is broken for years, can't ask for help that way.
I made a ticket at help.standingstonegames.com
The ticket was created with status: Solved, without response or solution.

Was haapy to read this at 1st time.
But too bad there is no Customer Service, nobody cares tickets and at the end we get no fix or replacement ever.
A bit sad and disappointed now.

The Race-restricted, PDK-only shield Blockade, which is part of their iconic gear, clips through the PDK's left hand that's supposed to be holding it while it is in the resting position by the character's side.

I'm still having an issue as of 9/7/2021 where my old armor appearance kits are not displaying - when activated my characters appear nude (as if they have nothing on) if I toggle the armor appearance off I see the original armor.
I have submitted tickets about it over the last month - any word if this is getting fixed? I understand I'm probably the last player who uses these kits but I bought a bunch of them back in 2007.

I only have a handful of items with these BtoItem Cosmetic Kits still on them but mine currently still work they are Lavender Spiral on light Armor, Lavender Spiral on Robe, Pale Violet and Tan Leaf on medium skirted armor, Pale Violet and Tan Leaf on light armor, and Dark Leaf with accessories on light armor. I do have a Violet Beast Kit, unused, because just when I think this...this I will wear at cap or for many levels... then something new comes out and I don't want to waste it.
A couple of them I keep only for nostalgia, the items they are bound to are worthless in the scheme of the game today.
Which ones are bugged for you?

I'd be cool with replacement mirrors. I can always find another style.
