View Full Version : Disappointed with SSG Customer support

I must say that I am very disappointed with customer support. I have raised 2 tickets on SSG website as well 2 tickets ingame. Onsite both of them were closed and issue hasnt been dealt with and ingame I am trying to reach GM since Thursday 22nd July there was no response. I have lost power during reincarnation process and cant login on the character at all, as its saying its already in the world. I am VIP and have invested fair amount of time and money in this game over the years. I need info how to contact anyone who can help me with current situation.

Yeah :( There's a lot of that opinion going around the last few years.

Whatever anyone's opinion is with the rest of the game, that topic seems to be fairly unanimous. Good luck.

Another win for "Turn it off and back on" even if ya had to wait for someone else to flip the switch. :)

You're not alone!

Devs have posted in this section of the Forums ONCE this year and that was to post a link to account support back in April by Cordovan (which is also ridiculously ignorant to players needs, CS not Cordovan)

They have given up on the players, or atleast that's the impression.

This never happened under Turbine....
