In-game help system down?

I encountered a bug while eTRing that stripped my tomes, removed my race tree and left me with lvl30 gear on as lvl20... The gear doesnt apply, else it could have been great! lol

How to reach a GM when ingame help is down?


By "help is down" do you mean you see the Help screen as complely black when you open it?
The solution there is to roll your mouse over it. That will force it to render correctly.

“Down” would imply there was in-game help to begin with. It’s been my experience that fear of public shame (or desire for public praise) are more successful motivators then pride in one’s work.

Also, you don’t need to sign your posts. Your name is already right next to it. All signing it does is create an unnecessarily long scroll.
