Basically, from the many dev answers to the many times this has been asked, a cosmetic version of the mount/pet tab is much more difficult because they aren't all static items like mounts, due to Mirrors of Glamering. They might do a cosmetic bank system at some point which would be based on the regular bank UI rather than the cosmetic bank.

There is also the old cosmetics, which I still have too that applied directly onto the item.

So 3 different versions of cosmetics kinda makes it hard to have a storage for them.
Physical items(old ones), Mirrored items, and store cosmetics.
