A question about +X Lesser Hearts of Wood

A quick question. Say I use a +3 Lesser Heart of Wood. Am I forced to use all 3 class changes available?

I've an 18 bard, 1 rogue, 1 cleric character, and I'm wanting to change some things around and do a full 20 Bard.

You can swap up to 3 things around while re-leveling via that heart. You don't have to do all 3 so it'll work fine for making you a pure 20 bard.
