So... its the day... i thought it will never came (used to love DDO), BUT...

1. Constant LAG ufff you have to be TOO a fanatic to live with it (i did for a several years).... and again LAG LAG LAG LAG

2. This way of release Classes... i mean, example "Alchemist" you can kill o most everything till 'now'... you can try to kill some... "Great update" (Sarcasm if you didnt noticed), now this class is BS. (and did enjoy it only 3 month before the "changes")

3. External payment. Ok in MY case didn't had to Drama on it, and I'm from Chile so paying for Expasion wasn't too... bad... but i know other countries had issues, so fix it! IF you want to keep the game, but i doubt it.

AND why i doubt it?.
1. LAG (and seems national and international... from Chile IT IS BAD on weekend, chat bug every 5 min, disconnect issues every 30 min or 1 hr. so... i had tolerated TOO much all this past 10 years)

2. Quality of releases, in MY personal opinion, and as one that had pay for all your released content (TILL Feywild THAT AFTER YOU KILL MY CLASS). Like someone else say in forum... your "Fey Content" it is a PACK not a EXPANSION. but in that moment (and now i regret) i pay for it.

So.... Love my guildies... Nayney... you teach me too many other things on the game, weird OP builds.... was great and fun, and our Lider Halfpints... the best ranger (even i could try his build, will NEVER be that OP) and Syrence... the best healer ever... you didnt know that you need that heal in high reaper but his 6th sense know it, no clue how he always gets the party alive (and tryed to be a healer for Nayney and fail in the attempt jajaja) Love you ALL! (and it is the thing its broke my heart on leaving this game)

So, guys sorry for my crappy CC and i used to enjoy this game, dunno if i coming back, this 4 month off ddo and in... (i think i cant say the name of the game so...) Other Game... and in a NO LAG GAME... ufff.

Like i sayd... i used to LOVE this game and over view the fails aka:
- Terrible LAG
- Quality of new Content... ok no Content... love the content... the bad decisions in Classes/Skills/Etc... (Im tired, you kill Sorcerers, then you kill Warlock, then you kill Alchemist... Sorry this is my break point)
- The way you are doing with classes...

And in this last one.
- i Tolerated Sorcerer thingys... but in those days the you brought Warlocks
- You nerf to the ground Warlocks... but... EVENTUALY you release Alchemist
- and Now Alchemist... my favorited class after Sorcerers nerfs/ Warlock Nerfs.. o ****...
- Now Alchemist nerf.... ok ok was to OP but from 200% you put them on 10%.

So... Bye Bye All... was a great 10 years (more or less)

And yeap, i prefer to go back to an "oldy game" that try this eternal ****ing lag.

btw in my "oldy game" that I'm playing now.... my named Alchemist do 300k damage on monsters and i can also PVP (that have some % reduction of damage of... pvp and that 300k depends on the uhmm there is VIT, inhm here CON.. if more CON more it is the damage, less con less the damage, but it is a skill of ALCHEMIST VERY different than here. So... now you know why i leaving... Alchemist are OP in many games, ok, PVP have another things.. an alchemist could kill a Tank (full CON), but would be a crappy damage for other classes like uhmmm Sorcerer or other that "think that CON is a dumb Stat
So... "if you want a High Reaper Killer do this, if you want a PVP do that", ok, i understand that pvp Never was a issue in here. just comparing your "Balance" with other games.

So.. your balance goes in PVM...so whats is the problem with a SQUISHY X class that can do more damage that a fraking tank in same lvl? in theory the "tank" should be carried because less damage... and here we have a fraking Wizard Tank for complicated High Reaper Raids.... it is "are you ****ing kidding me?"

Casters SHOULD BE OP, but they never gonna get it.--- Squishy but op, but no... they prefer a fraking wizard tank than a squishy wizard boss killer.


(btw i hate wizards... was only the example) i have a soul of: Sorcerer, Warlock, Alchemist.
The other "lifes were a torturade for me.. and, yeap class completionist, BUT actually playing the class no weird mix thingys... and i regret, you had do 10 - 10 Warlock ajjjajaaa.
But how other form i ill know that im a crappy healer? jajjjaa. (ok guildy joke)

I've seen many ups and down with casters over the years and even when casters are at a low point, like now, calls for nerfs persist which is both baffling and frustrating.

I would check back when more info is available on the epic destiny changes. Hopefully caster input isn't drowned out by the loud "nerf casters to the ground" crowd.

started pretty cool, D & D had the infamous logic to implement a cast of Fangoria like charitable dungeon master narrations, depicted and immortalized well said thru lack of graphics in sewers. Packs came along didn't really matter, artwork ads didn't sell it right away sorry. Bought packs after awhile got to test them. Now hold on a minute all of a sudden LATENCY, 2.3 Ghz recommended mine is a 2.5Ghz needs video game insurance for around the horn refunds. Unlikely they will have any fancy narration unless the area then vs. now is a big no no about NPC if that stuff happened FTP is resented.

i also did some breaks here and there, nevertheless, telling the companies what the issues are when you leave is neccessary to improve the product.

subscription based games usually have a little questionnaire when you cancel your sub, so that the company can get some intel on what the issues are, why you left, what can be done to prevent future subscribers leaving and all that.
free to play games dont have that. so the official forum is like the only way to voice your dissatisfaction. its not whine and moan. and the company should read all those instead of closing or having a policy of "no i quit threads". you cannot make a good product without some customer input.

Actually, if you'll find hair in your burger you ask restaurant manager to come and you talk with him instead of just attacking random people on the street with your opinion. :P

While sharing opinion with random people might make sense in places that are meant to do this (like sites where people share opinions for example about shops: to let the others know if specific shop is trustworthy), here it makes very little sense: all ddo players are perfectly aware what is happening, it's not like you'll warn anyone about lags in ddo on forum where 99% of users are playing the game for X years. :P

Just for the clarification: i support all complains about stuff that is killing ddo (like lags) for a simple reason: to press devs to fix them, i'm just not really into dramatic shows like death scenes in movies: "oh, i'm dying, im leaving the world of mortals, remember me by my deeds, im bleeding, i feel like life is pouring from my veins, but i'll continue my monologue for a next 10 minutes, please hold my hand, cry, oh, i feel like it's almost over, but i'll give you another 10 minutes to let you beg me to stay, blah, blah, blah." Over the years tens of thousands of players left ddo, i dont think we want all of them posting farewell threads.

all ddo players are perfectly aware what is happening, it's not like you'll warn anyone about lags in ddo on forum where 99% of users are playing the game for X years. :P

That's a false assumption to make and not just for DDO or games in general, but for society as a whole. Always try to communicate your thoughts.
Even though a large percentage of players may know what's going on (but not all, you always see the posts saying "lag is not an issue, I want new content"), the devs may not and I think this forum post is aimed at the devs, not the players.
