Filigree (rare) not stacking?

I have Purity: Wisdom (Rare) and Purity: Healing Amplification (Rare). Both give +2 Magical Resistance Raiting. Without item on I have 48 MRR. With it on I have 50 MRR. WAI?

Perhaps it's the MRR capping at 50 for your current armor type, cloth?

That must be it. I am a monk. Wish that info was on cloth armor instead of having to google it.
