A new orginal monster request

My group has discussed it and we support the creation of a new monster that is half Kobold and half Pixie called a...

Kobixie

Think kobold looking dragon fly...

they cast Prismatic Ray and breath lightning and shoot flaming arrows from tiny bows... heh

That's awful close to a Fairydragon which is essentially a rainbow pseudodragon with butterfly or dragonfly wings, casts illusion spells similar to pixies, chaotic-good alignment usually, IIRC their breath weapon does either light or force damage and has a daze or hypnotic effect.

It's also pretty close to the original "Urd", which has evolved over time to be just a Winged kobold; IIRC, in some worlds they're revered as closer to being their beloved dragons.

DDO is not canon, it says Pixies never fight, they run away and sure don't cast the prismatic spray in 5e world.

Sprites will fight, but prefer to shoot enemies with knock out darts.

A Sprites sword does 1hp damage in the 5e MM.

Of course DDO is not cannon, they've been taking liberties with Monster statting (sp?) for well over a decade. They're sort of forced to, in that a computer/video game format is not at all like the format or combat of a P&P game.

making a anti-evil pacifist species into one shot killing machines is not statting (sp?), maybe they can force Vegans to be meat eaters for computer/video game format sake...

A Sprites sword does 1hp damage in the 5e MM.Again, not based on 5E. In 3E, a sprite does 1d3-3/19-20 with a short sword.
