Why does it cost 2500 runes?

It's not a Feytwisted version of anything else nor is it any more powerful than any of the other non-Feytwisted raid weapons in the D and D end chests.

It should only cost 1250 runes.

Yes. So that prompts another question.

Why does Vivace only drop in the Feytwisted chest? It's not Feytwisted.

It should be added as a chance to drop in the normal raid chests instead of in the Feytwisted chest.

Is it possible the real issue is that the description on the weapon is missing the feytwisted notation? As far as I know this item only ever dropped in feytwisted chests and wasn't available at all until those chests started dropping.

I don't think so. There aren't any weapons in the non-Feytwisted chests with the same powers.

Compare the Magmatic Cleaver (Feytwisted Great Axe) with the Magmatic Reaver (non-Feytwisted Hand Axe). Also compare the Bitterstar (Feytwisted Mace (it's not a true morningstar despite its description)) with the Bitter Edge (non-Feytwisted Long Sword).

No its not a feytwisted, it was just added to the feytwisted chest when that was put in. Since they didnt want to leave out that weapon.

Just looking at Vivace & the fiddle.. is there supposed to be insightful sonic/resonance lore included somewhere?

Together, the two provide an Enhancement, Insight, and Quality bonus to Sonic spellpower.

The Rapier provides an Enhancement bonus to Sonic Spell Lore.

The Rapier also adds +20% crit damage to Sonic spells.

You'd have to ask Lynnabel if they meant to include an Insight bonus to Sonic Spell Lore on either of the two items.

I kinda doubt it though. It would have been nice.
