Yet here you are.

I was looking for the place to drop from vip to free to play and could not find it. This helped me. Trying to help others with the same question.

Or you could go to your account settings and hit cancel sub.

So, as I did before, I click:

My Account

This gives three options:

Account Home
Change Password
Manage Subscriptions

Cancel sub is not in there. Then again, I cannot find the "account settings" page you reference. So, I have to wait for the servers to come up to get to the in game store.

I watched your video. Brings back memories. My guild leaving SWG is actually how I ended up in DDO. We all left the day the NGE dropped and met back up here just after launch.

Have you played the Emu at all?

That's off-putting. When did they change this? I just clicked on My Account (website) and it made me laugh. There's literally nothing there to do. Not sure when they pulled the rug from under us on that one but I'm not fan. That's quite shady.

We get it. You don't like the game. I'm not sure why you're here in that case. And if you're no longer spending any money on the game, why should we or anyone associated with the game care any longer what you think? But yes, thank you for once again telling us that you don't like the game.

It's more expensive to get a new customer as opposed to retaining an existing customer. Someone can like DDO and raise issues with the lag and things breaking. Many people have said that they stopped spending, but will once again start spending if things are fixed.
