Bravery Throughout Filigree Question for the community

Has anyone seen a rare version of these filigrees?

none of my guild mates have run across one, and I never see on the AH.

Just asking around to see if RNG is unkind or if they exist.

It doesn't appear rare filigree are dropping for these aside from raid turn-in filigree.
