Didn't get my iconic gear at level 15 on hardcore

Made a Bladeforged. At some point I changed out the first level to Artificer. Now, upon reaching 15. I do NOT receive the Bladeforged equipment. Lame!

Made a Bladeforged. At some point I changed out the first level to Artificer. Now, upon reaching 15. I do NOT receive the Bladeforged equipment. Lame!

I went pure paladin Bladeforged and didn't receive my gear either at 15. After asking in guild some speculated you should get an icon in your inventory to click but even after relogging it never appeared. I submitted a ticket but haven't received any response. I wonder if this is exclusive to Bladeforged or other iconics are having issues? The HC rules state you do get your items at 15 but maybe it changed this season?

Update - I received a response to my ticket and got the Bladeforged gear set in the mail. If you haven't received yours, I suggest you submit a ticket.
